Alyssa Manzi

This is Alyssa's first production at the Northport Music Theater and she's excited for the opportunity. Alyssa has been performing in Musical Theater since she was 8 years old. A Junior this fall at the University of Maine at Orono she is majoring in Vocal Performance.

At UMaine she belongs to three different vocal groups: The University Singers, which just returned from a singing tour of Italy, Renaissance, the premier all female a cappella group, and Euphony, a select mixed voice choir specializing in modern a cappella.

While at UMaine Alyssa continues her love for musical theater with performances of Bat Boy and the Opera - The Marriage of Figaro. She's performed in Fame Forever at the Waterville Opera House plus Grease & The Wizard of Oz at Camden Civic Theater among others. Most of her work has been at Camden Hills Regional High School where she performed in many productions, including Little Shop Of Horrors, Les Miserables, Fiddler on the Roof and Nunsense.

Alyssa is very excited to be performing in Fame Takes A Holiday with Kim Murphy who has directed her in all her Camden Hills musicals.
